My biggest health goal is eliminating as much processed food as possible. It's definitely a hard task, especially since I'm on the go so often and packaged foods can make life so much easier. After my last trip to America I became obsessed with quest bars - they are so yummy but way too many unnatural ingredients, Since deciding to give up all processed protein bars from my diet, I've been looking for an alternative that is still yummy and convienient. My latest discovery is Full Filled Balls - they are preservative free, refined sugar free and are made with no dates (the ingredient in most natural protein bars which ups the sugar content). My fav is the salted peanut butter flavour - I've become a little obsessed with grabbing one of these in the morning before running out the door to exercise.
